By using CallTended services, you agree to these terms.
CallTended provides AI-powered receptionist services including call answering, appointment booking, and call routing for small businesses.
Services are billed monthly via invoice. Setup fees are due prior to onboarding and are non-refundable. Monthly fees are due within 7 days of invoice date.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, we will refund your first monthly payment upon request. Setup fees are not refundable.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply.
CallTended is not liable for missed calls due to technical failures beyond our control, including carrier outages. Our liability is limited to the monthly fee paid for the affected period.
