CallTended ("we," "us," or "our") operates calltended.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We collect information you provide when booking a demo (name, email, phone, business name) and call data processed through our AI receptionist service on behalf of our clients.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, contact you about your account, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your data.
Our service processes inbound calls using AI voice technology. Call summaries and transcripts may be stored to provide reporting to our clients. By calling a number powered by CallTended, callers consent to AI-assisted call handling.
CallTended is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Healthcare clients are responsible for ensuring their use of CallTended complies with applicable regulations. We are happy to discuss business associate agreements (BAA) with qualifying clients.
We retain call data for up to 90 days unless a longer retention period is requested by the client.
